The Challenge: The Beachwood Chamber required a simple, cost effective way to leverage bulk email methods to connect smarter to hundreds of chamber members with up to date, constantly changing member information.
The Solution: GHI implemented CleanAir, GHI’s email marketing and campaign management software that allows non IT oriented staff to create branded html email messages with minimal knowledge of computers, the internet, and graphic design.
The Impact: High impact, high quality email marketing campaigns have reduced costs while enabling the Chamber to reach more members with critical, up to date information. CleanAir’s online reporting features have also helped chamber staff to improve specific member follow-up strategies improving cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and hence their bottom line. Event Participation is also up. The Beachwood Chamber now has an efficient method of keeping in touch with members, avoiding the costly, labor intensive traditional direct mail campaign approach. CleanAir has helped the Beachwood Chamber to definitely connect smarter with their members.
