Mr. Daniel Firth Griffith joined GHI’s Hosted ASP Software Development Team in January 2003 at ten (10) years old. Daniel’s first job required him to identify, label, and inventory all the computer, software, and website domain assets of the company. Daniel’s propensity to engineer and fix things provided him the opportunity to deploy the company’s first wireless local area network connecting more than 30 nodes for two disparate office locations. Daniel then deployed a wireless high speed wide area network connecting both corporate facilities providing staff and clients the ability to access broadband and GHI Hosted ASP Software applications.
Daniel’s mechanical aptitude then led him to begin programming in HTML and CSS building his first complete website in 2005, at the age of 12. He also provides technical support for GHI’s most profitable Hosted ASP Software Product, CleanAir™, while graphically designing client-specific HTML branded email templates used for email marketing campaigns. Though he would like to move beyond his IT infrastructure management role, he continues to provision, implement, monitor, train, and support the entire staff’s personal computer and office productivity solutions. Daniel is working on completing his first e-commerce solution and now manages the design, maintenance, and software development effort for three websites.
Outside of his part time internship at Griffith Holdings, Daniel enjoys playing bass and backup singer in the band he co-founded with his brother Joe, named Two Sticks and a Stone, www.twosticksandastone.com. Daniel also enjoys competing in policy debate, apologetics exposition, wrestling, football, jet skiing, multimedia production, and photography.
