The Challenge: Like most non-profit and community organizations working hard to execute their mission with personnel and financial constraints, NOACC struggled with small budgets and big visions. However, unlike many of its peers, NOACC’s leadership saw the value of the internet, very early on, to effectively reach their markets, faster, better, and cheaper. NOACC enhanced more than 40 chambers of commerce’s 20,000 members with value added services and products and wanted to do more, reach more, and help more small businesses.

The Solution: GHI developed a sophisticated web application portal that enabled disparate chambers from all across North East Ohio to leverage NOACC’s services and member marketing data online, providing approved NOACC vendors the ability to direct sell value added products and services to thousands of chamber members.

In addition GHI extended their reach and brand through online mediums such as advertising, search engine marketing and inexpensive permissive based email marketing campaigns.

The Impact: NOACC has grown to more than 100 chambers within 5 years without burdening budgets or requiring additional increases in administrative burdens. Today NOACC communicates and helps strengthen more than 100,000 small businesses throughout 100 communities across Ohio.
