Question 5:

How are typical projects managed, and who might comprise a project team? GHI is intensively focused on internal processes and operations management, including external client work and the processes necessary to delivery quality services within budget, and on time.

Internet projects differ from telecom projects in that all work efforts are performed by trained GHI personnel. GHI’s General Manager of Client Services oversees a master production schedule which regular includes at least 150 active SEM engagements, more than 50 active web design and web development projects, and more than another 100 web enhancement and special design, development and internet marketing related projects. Each project will have a Project Leader and dedicated support staff focused on discrete components of the projects overall delivery.

Web portals and online tools, reports, and statistical charts further facilitate our project management methodologies helping clients self service their projects’ status, plans, and stats streamlining information flow and access providing rapid online collaboration.

Telecom projects often rely on Carrier Personnel to fulfill provisioning and compliment the post sale project management necessary to turn up a voice, data, or IP network. However, post installation, all client customer service is handled by Telecom Certified GHI personnel resolving problems, trouble tickets, and billing issues 24x7x365, an unmatched customer service model.
